Return and Refund Policy

At Meicoz, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to have an exceptional experience. Because our items are carefully processed and made to order, please review our return policy prior to placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or misprinted, please contact us as soon as possible. Any claims for items in these conditions must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. If we determine the error occurred on our end, we will cover all replacement and shipping costs.

Packages Lost in Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the carrier confirms the loss, we will send a replacement at our expense.

Incorrect Addresses If you provide an address that the carrier deems insufficient or incorrect, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Packages Shipments that go unclaimed at their destination are returned to our facility. Should this happen, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping your order. Unclaimed returned items held beyond 30 days will be donated to charity, with no option for a refund.

Buyer’s Remorse Returns We recommend contacting us at support@meicoz.com before returning any products. We do not issue refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or a change of mind. Because our products are made on demand as exclusive pieces, returns or size exchanges based on personal preference are not covered.

Sealed or Hygienic Goods Meicoz does not accept returns for sealed goods that are unsuited for return due to health or hygiene reasons. These items are not eligible for reshipment and will be safely disposed of.
